Welcome from Officer Commanding 356 (Felixstowe) Squadron ATC.
The premier youth organisation in Felixstowe, we have been active since 1941!
Where else could you learn to fly and glide, gain your Duke of Edinburgh Award, gain a BTEC in space studies, learn to lead teams, compete in sport, become a good archery shot, get real first aid qualifications, lead in your community and stand out from the crowd?
Our Cadets and Volunteers achieve greatness constantly through the high level of output and training we provide, it is my privilege to Command this great Squadron and I welcome the youth of Felixstowe to join us as Cadets.
Flying Officer Reece Seaman RAFAC, Officer Commanding 356 (Felixstowe) Squadron ATC

The RAF Air Cadets (RAFAC) is a uniformed youth organisation which has been around since1941. We are open to young people from School Year 8 up to their 20th birthday. We are also open to recruiting Volunteer Staff and Civilian Committee members - no relevant experience is required!
Our aims are to:
Promote and encourage a practical interest in aviation and the Royal Air Force among young people
Provide training which will be useful in both the Services and civilian life.
Encourage the spirit of adventure and develop qualities of leadership and good citizenship
Our activities are wide and varied and there is something for everyone. 356 (Felixstowe) Squadron ATC is part of Norfolk & Suffolk Wing, home to over 20 squadrons with whom we work and play with on a regular basis. With over 1000 squadrons across the country, the air cadets provides access to an increasingly broader and more challenging range of opportunities as young people progress through their cadet journey.
